Our Story

This Started With a Torn ACL and a Recovery Bill.

Co-founder Doron tore his ACL and found out fast: the recovery tools that actually work are priced for pro athletes and clinics, not for the person who actually needs them. In 2023, RECO was born to close that gap.

Why RECO exists

Our Story

This Started With a Torn ACL and a Recovery Bill.

Each Barrel Plunge is built to order, so expect roughly 8 to 12 weeks from purchase to delivery.

Yes. The 1HP chiller unit controls temperature across the full 37°F to 106°F range, so the same barrel handles ice cold plunges and warm soaks.

No. Automatic filtration runs continuously to keep the water clean, and the stainless steel liner is far easier to sanitize than a plastic tub.

Placement, drainage and electrical vary by site. Reach out before ordering and we'll walk through your space with you.

The barrel is Ø32 x H38 inches, and the separate chiller unit is 21 x 15 x 21 inches.
