Vital Grip is a great product to use after a rough week of training and games. It is my new favorite part of my recovery sessions. The many different levels of cupping strength is my favorite part of the Vital Grip. Along with that, the two different modes of the machine makes it so i can get a different type of recovery based on the day.

Great product! Would definitely recommend if you have tight hips, calves, or other problematic areas where a traditional foam roller just doesn't cut it. Love the options for vibration settings!
